UK extends anti-Russia sanctions list with 206 individuals
LONDON, Apr 13 (PRIME) -- The U.K. has extended its anti-Russian sanctions by adding 206 individuals to the list over the situation in Ukraine, as seen by PRIME in a document published on the government’s website on Wednesday.
The sanctions list now includes Andrei Fursenko, aide to President Vladimir Putin, Ukraine’s politician Viktor Medvedchuk, the owner of ESN Group Grigory Beryozkin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s spouse Maria Lavrova.
It also covers CEO of oil company Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, Chairman of multipurpose company Sistema’s board of directors and its key owner Vladimir Yevtushenkov, and co-owner of railway equipment producer Transmashholding Andrei Bokarev.
The restrictions envisage freezing of assets and a ban on entrance to the state.
